Chris Was No Angel

"Chris was no angel" is one of the quotes from the movie, in fact this is how everyone described Chris. That description came from his friends and Dusty's friends and family. I think in the movie they made reference to him being an occasional user. Dusty was heavy into using at the time according to sources. It was also said that he had a very bad temper, and that sometimes things got physical between Chris and Dusty. Remember the part in the movie where Dusty stated that Chris hit her? I have not been able to substantiate that for certain, but according to Dusty's family this part was true. However, that's no excuse to murder a marine.
